Here’s a handful of ways you can put these to use:
1) Do you have a player that’s lacking in a
specific area? Assign them a homework workout
to perform outside of practice.
2) Did your entire team seem tired at the last game?
Assign the entire team some “homework” to complete
a cardio workout and have their parents
initial the back indicating that they did it.
3) If parents approach you looking for ways
they can help their child at home, provide a
workout plan they can easi ly complete at home!
